The O.Gs. Kicked off in 2019, Gold Coast Golf Crew are very quickly becoming the fastest growing social golf community in South East QLD. They already have the title as 'Champion Social Club' beating out 3 other clubs in the 2021 Inter-Social Club Championships, GCGC is THE club to join if you enjoy your golf on the Gold Coast.

Where it all began. About 20 brave souls embarked on a mission of 10 rounds before arriving at Brookwater in about 40 degree heat. Lets just say we enjoyed the bus ride back with air-conditioning and an esky full of cold ones.

I don't know what we put in the water but this season GCGC doubled in size and ended the year with 44 members. We added a couple more events to the season including the Goodyear Masters, Southport Timbers 2ball Ambrose and the Xmas Bauble.

Easily the biggest season to date with 80 members by the time the season finale came around. A few more events added to schedule as well including the Inter-Social Club Championships (won by GCGC of course) and Presidents Axe team match-play (won by The Presidents). A huge day in the finale that turned into a huge evening for the presentation!

I am not sure how much bigger we can keep going - but we have again eclipsed the season before! In 2022 the Presidents defended their Axe title, GCA went back to back in the Presidents Cup, Levi Clarke won the inaugural club championships at Bonville and the race to season championships was again a tight one with a surprise finish that no one saw coming!
